Selling my house via Joanne, was simple and painless! When I first purchased my house four years ago, Joanne was the selling agent (I had a different buyer's agent). I was really impressed with her assistance both through my buyer's agent and also during the closing process. When it came time to sell, I knew I wanted Joanne to represent me on the sale. Her service is excellent. She shows up on time and arrived for our first meeting fully prepared with info she gathered about my house, my neighborhood, local sales statistics and trends, etc. She provided great advice about the selling and prepping process. She provided a really good staging person, Jenny Larson, who had fantastic staging ideas. In addition to great assistance with the house prep, Joanne also makes the paperwork/administrative process super easy. She provided Hannah Hammit of Homes Around Madison to take care of all the details, big and small. Hannah kept me on track with all deadlines for paperwork, etc. making it all seamless. She was a tremendous help. My house went up for sale on a Thursday evening. By Sunday evening, I had 7 offers, all but one were above asking price. The entire process was incredibly smooth. I couldn't ask for a better team to make the sale of my house as quick and easy as possible. Joanne and her team are top-notch professionals, very friendly and knowledgeable.
